- In the interests of all customers, The Piano Gallery may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. The Piano Gallery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity per person, per household or per order. The said limitations may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card and to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Payment Failure
-
To help ensure the order is not declined when placing a new order, The Piano Gallery suggest checking the following:
- All details have been entered correctly
- The billing address is the same as the credit/debit card’s registered address
- The customer has sufficient funds available
- The 3-digit security code has been entered correctly
- The Piano Gallery accepts the payment method/card type
- If everything seems to be correct and the payment option is still not working, please try using a different web browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. The customer can also try to clear the browsers cookies and search history.
- The card issuer may have declined the payment - as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them or contact the bank.
- If the customer has checked all the above, try paying with another card.
-
If none of the above works, please contact the Customer Care team at info@pianogallery.ae and the team will look into this further.
Payment Over-Charge
- There could be a couple of reasons why it may appear that the customer has been charged more than expected:
- The Piano Gallery charges the customer in the currency that is selected at the checkout when the customer places the order. If the local currency is different to the currency the customer selected at the checkout, then the bank will convert the amount using their exchange rate. Next time, change the currency on the homepage. If there is more than one currency available, the customer will be able to choose the currency here. If only one currency is available, the currency will be displayed.
- If the customer used a promo code on the order, the discount may not apply to all items in the basket. There are certain exclusions with some promo codes and the customer can find these in the Terms and Conditions that would have been included when the customer received the code.
-
If the customer still believes that they have been overcharged for the order, please contact the Customer Care team at info@pianogallery.ae and the team will look into this further.
